These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the website dijkenhoodies.com, owned by Mr. Olaf Molenkamp for dijkenhoodies.com.

Any consultation of the website and placing an order for a product featured in the online store of the dijkenhoodies.com website implies the prior consultation and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Legal Notices.


The customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old, and to have legal capacity or to have parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the dijkenhoodies.com website. When registering the customer’s personal data in the “MY ACCOUNT” section of this website, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided.

In the event of an error in the recipient’s contact information, we cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. We reserve the right to cancel any order when the customer’s IP address is domiciled in a country different from the billing and/or shipping address.


We take great care in presenting and describing the products to best inform the customer.

Our products are guaranteed new.

The availability of the product is indicated during the ordering process. However, if despite our vigilance the products are temporarily or permanently unavailable, the customer will be informed by email.

The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered.

Since the displayed colors depend on the customer’s screen, we cannot guarantee that the color display on the customer’s screen accurately reflects the color of the product upon delivery.

The dimensions provided are as precise as possible.

It is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the website, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. Thus, the colors and dimensions indicated do not have contractual value.

If a product does not suit the customer (size, shape, etc.) or if the customer believes that one of their items is non-compliant, they have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to notify us through the “CONTACT” section of this website and then return the item to us. In this specific case, a refund will be issued.

The return costs will be borne by the customer. (We ask the customer to keep a record of the shipment).

Returned items that are incomplete or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged, and the package will be returned to the customer. No cash on delivery returns will be accepted.

Any package may be refused if it arrives in poor condition.

After 14 days, the customer can still request an exchange or store credit if the item does not suit them, up to 30 days after the purchase, provided that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unworn or unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase on the dijkenhoodies.com website.

In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the customer the full amount of their order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned package.

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the delivery costs of the new item for shipment within Metropolitan France. For shipment of the new item outside Metropolitan France, a delivery fee will be charged to the customer.

In the case of store credit, we will provide the customer with a code within a period of 15 days, allowing them to benefit from the full amount of their order at the date of receipt of the returned package. This code must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.

Any product purchased on sale or that has benefited from a preferential rate or special offer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
